Moving Your Account to a New Device

If you are moving your NotifyLink for Android account to a different Android device, you will need to.

      Remove TouchDown from the device

      Clear Registration on the NotifyLink Client Web

      Download and install TouchDown on the new device and set up your NotifyLink account

 

 

Remove TouchDown from the device

When you remove the TouchDown application from the device, your NotifyLink account and all mail and PIM items (calendar events, contacts, and tasks) associated with it, are deleted from the device.

1.   From the device Home screen select Settings > Applications > Manage Applications.

2.   Select TouchDown.

3.   Tap Uninstall.

 

Clear Registration on the NotifyLink Client Web

Before you recreate your account on a different device, go to the NotifyLink Client Web and ‘Clear Registration.’  See instructions here.
