If you are recreating the NotifyLink account for any reason or you are recreating your account on a new device, you must Clear Registration via the NotifyLink Client Web before you do so.
If you are changing devices, you should remove your account from the old device first. See Moving Your Account to a New Device.
Clear the Registration on the NotifyLink Web
1. Log in to the NotifyLink Client Web (login instructions) and select General > Device.
2. Click the Clear Registration button.
3. Proceed with recreating your account.
After You Recreate Your Account
Issue a manual sync on the device to initiate the synchronization.
1. Open the TouchDown application and press Menu.
2. Tap the Sync option.
