NotifyLink can synchronize email from multiple folders on the mail server to the device Inbox and to multiple folders that mirror those on the server.
If you have access to the NotifyLink Client Web, you can select the folders you wish to synchronize to the device.
From the NotifyLink Client Web home page, select Mailbox Properties > Folders and select the folders you want NotifyLink to monitor. In addition to the Inbox, you can select the Sent Items, Drafts, or any custom folders.
