Adding New Tasks

 

1.  Select the Tasks icon from the Home screen.

2.  Select New from the task menu.

3.  Enter the subject in the Task field.

4.  Enter information for any or all of the optional fields or accept the defaults (in bold).

Field

Action

Status:

Choose Not started, In Progress, Completed, Waiting, or Deferred.

Priority:

Choose High, Normal, or Low.

Due:

Enter a date the task should be completed or None.

Time Zone:

Time Zone in which the due date and reminder will occur.  Defaults to the devices current time zone.

Reminder:

Enter a date and time you want to be reminded about the task or enter None.

Categories:

Choose from Business or Personal.

Notes:

Enter details about the task.

 

5.  Select Save from the menu.
