NotifyLink can synchronize contacts from multiple address books on the Mail/PIM Server into different categories on the device. It also gives you the ability to choose which address books will be synchronized. Perhaps you want your business contact list, but not your personal contact list synchronized to your device. How NotifyLink works to map the server address books to the device categories is outlined below.
NOTE: Some Mail/PIM servers do not use Address Books and therefore the Address Book Mappings outlined here do not apply. In those instances a contact category from the server is mapped to the device contact category.

NOTE: The Choose Address Books feature is NOT available for users accessing MDaemon, Meeting Maker, Mirapoint, Oracle, and Sun Java Enterprise System mail/PIM servers.
