While opening and viewing attachments directly from NotifyLink is probably the most convenient way to view attachments, there are alternative methods. Viewing an attachment can be done from:
• NotifyLink when accessing Email
• Documents To Go found on the main screen or under Applications
• BeamReader found on the main screen or under Applications
• eOffice (DynoPlex application manager) found on the device’s main screen
• eFile (DynoPlex file manager) found on the device’s main screen
The various attachment viewing applications available support different file types.
There are also editing applications for Microsoft Word and Excel files. DynoPlex users can purchase a license for eWord and eCell to enable editing functionality. Documents To Go users can purchase the Premium Edition which provides editing functionality. The following is a list of the applications you might use to view various attachment file types:

Viewing Attachments From NotifyLink
You can open a message listed in your Inbox and view its attachment using attachment viewers or editors.
Note: A registration prompt will always appear if you are viewing attachments with an unregistered editing application such as, eWord or eCell. You will have to Cancel the prompt each time.
1. Open the Email containing your attachment.
2. From the drop down menu select Download Attachments. The attachment list screen displays the attachments sent with the message.
3. Open the menu on the attachment list screen. You will see options to Open with… the various applications appropriate for the attachment file type. The Retrieve option appears on the menu if the attachment has not yet been downloaded.
• If the attachment has not yet been downloaded, you must Retrieve it before opening it.
• If the attachment has already been downloaded, choose one of the Open with… options.

Viewing Attachments Using Viewing Applications
1. From the device’s main screen or the Applications option, select the appropriate application for the file type:
• Word To Go
• Sheet To Go
• Slideshow To Go
• PDF To Go (if purchased)
• BeamReader (if purchased)
2. If using a Documents To Go application, click on the link Open a File… or select Open from the popup menu. Then navigate to the file’s location and select it from the list.
If using the BeamReader application, navigate to the file’s location and select it from the list.
Viewing Attachments From eOffice®
eOffice is an application manager. It contains quick-launch icons for DynoPlex applications and shows recently opened/saved files.
Attachments must be saved to the device before they can be viewed from editing applications, (eCell and eWord), accessed through eOffice. See To Download, Open, or Save an Attachment.
If you are viewing attachments with unregistered editing applications, you will be prompted to register the applications each time you enter eOffice or select eCell or eWord from the eOffice launch pad. You will have to Cancel the prompt each time. The registration prompts look like this:

1. From the device’s main screen, select the eOffice icon.
2. You can view a saved attachment using one of two methods:
• The eOffice launch pad may display a shortcut to a recently opened/saved file. Simply select the file’s shortcut to view the attachment.
• Open eCell or eWord and from the menu, select Open. Choose a file from the attachments stored in the local folders and select Open.
