The Authentication Settings give you the ability to change your NotifyLink Authentication Password and the Basic Authentication username and password. Note that passwords are case sensitive.
You would usually not make changes to these settings unless instructed to do so by your system administrator. In most cases, the security information will be changed on the server and synchronized to your device.
1. Select the NotifyLink icon from the Home screen.
2. From the message list menu, select Preferences > Security Settings > Authentication Settings.

3. Change the current Authentication Password. This is the password NotifyLink uses to verify the user accessing the server. This must match the Authentication Password on the server. (See Changing Your Authentication Password.)
4. Enter a Basic Authentication Username and Basic Authentication Password. These are optional settings used if Basic Authentication is enabled on the server used by the NotifyLink Enterprise Server web component.
5. Select Save from the menu.
