Contact Menu Option

Description

Email With NotifyLink

Send a message to the selected contact using NotifyLink. Takes you directly to the compose message screen.

Attach Contact

Takes you directly to the NotifyLink compose screen where the selected contact has been attached to the message.

Remote Lookup

Allows you to search for a contact on the server’s public address books.

Filter

Allows you to view only the contacts in a particular category such as business or personal contacts.

New Contact

Enter a new contact.

New Group

Create a new contact category.

View

View the contact information.

Edit

Edit the contact information.

Delete

Delete the contact from the address book.

SIM Phone Book

View the contacts in your SIM card phone book.  (Option appears on device menu only if a SIM card is being used.)

Options

Allows you to set address book viewing preferences.

Help

Offers quick help on how to use the address book.

Close

Exits the address book.
