Add a Recipient from your Contacts
When composing a new message, you can look up recipient addresses by selecting Add Recipient from the Compose screen menu.
1. At the To:, Cc:, or Bcc: field, select the Add Recipient option from the Compose screen menu.
2. Select a name from the contact list. The recipient’s email address is placed in the field.

Use Remote Lookup to Add a Recipient from a Public Address Book
1. At the To:, Cc:, or Bcc: field, select the Add Recipient option from the Compose screen menu.
2. From the contact list menu, select Remote Lookup.

3. Enter your search criteria and select Search from the Remote Lookup menu.
