Marks the highlighted message(s) as read. |

Mark Prior Read* |
Displayed when a date header is selected. This marks all messages prior to the selected date as read. |

Displayed when a date header is selected. This marks all messages prior to the selected date as unread. |

Delete* |
Deletes highlighted message(s). |
Del or Backspace |

Delete All* |
Deletes all messages in the folder. Confirm the delete by typing, notifylink. Note: This may take a while if you have a large quantity of messages. |

Delete Prior* |
Displayed when a date header is selected. This deletes all messages below the date header. Confirm the delete by typing, notifylink. Note: This may take a while if you have a large quantity of messages. |

Move To Folder* |
Moves the highlighted message(s) to a different folder. |

Get/Send |
Tells the device to check for new messages now. An on-demand synchronization. This option is not available when device is in Direct Push mode. |

Sort Messages |
Allows you to sort messages by Date, Sender, or Subject (ascending or descending). |

View Folder |
Displays the email folder list and allows you to open another folder. To switch folders, select a folder from the list and hit Enter. |

Search |
Allows you to search for messages based on the search criteria you enter. Search criteria text you enter is case sensitive. |

Compose |
Displays the Compose Message screen. |
C or c |
|
Commands |
Gives you commands to temporarily suspend email notification or block/unblock email from specific email addresses. |

|
Preferences |
Access the Preferences menu to configure NotifyLink options. |
P or p |

Register |
Shows the Registration screen in order to register a new account. |

PIM Load |
Allows you to download all new and existing PIM items from the server. (See PIM Load.) |

Remote Lookup |
Allows you to search for a contact on the server’s public address books. |

Request Meeting |
Displays the Request Meeting screen. |

About |
Shows version and copyright information. |

Hint: On devices where multiple characters share the same key, press the Alt key to use the second letter as a hotkey. Example: To use ‘G’ for Get/Send, you would press Alt+G.
