If there are public address books on the server and the server is set up correctly, Remote Lookup will allow you to search through the public address book and add contacts from it to the device contact list.
Search the Remote Address Books
1. From the address book menu, choose Remote Lookup.
2. Type the First Name and/or the Last Name of the contact for which you are searching. You can use a partial string of characters in either search field.
3. From the Remote Lookup menu, choose Search to find contacts that meet the search criteria.

The Search Results
• Add a name to your address book from the search results: Highlight a name and select Save from the menu. Select Save All to save all the results.
• View the details of a name on the search results list: Highlight a name and press Enter or select View Contact from the menu.
