If you change devices or get a new device you must record the new device’s PIN on the NotifyLink server before you can register it.
Record the PIN of the New Device
• Access the NotifyLink Client Web and choose General > Device.
• Update the device information with the BlackBerry PIN of the new device (found in NotifyLink Preferences: Device Info).
An administrator can also do this for you from the
NotifyLink Administrative Web:
User
Administration > (select a user) > Edit User
Device.
On the New Device: Install and Register NotifyLink
• Download and install NotifyLink on the new device and register it. The NotifyLink registration server will obtain the new device PIN and your account will be reactivated.
On the Old Device: Uninstall NotifyLink
• Uninstall NotifyLink from the old device using the BlackBerry application list. This removes the NotifyLink application and all the application data files. See Uninstalling the NotifyLink Application.
