Contact Menu Option

Description

Email With NotifySync

Send a message to the selected contact using NotifySync. Takes you directly to the compose message screen.  This menu option is also available when you are viewing a contact.

Company Directory

Allows you to search for a contact in the ActiveSync server’s public address books.

Filter

Allows you to view only the contacts in a particular category such as business or personal contacts.

New Contact

Enter a new contact record here.

New Group

Create a new contact category.

View

View the contact information.

Edit

Edit the contact information.

Delete

Delete the contact from the address book.

SIM Phone Book

View the contacts in your SIM card phone book.  (Option appears on device menu only if a SIM card is being used.)

Send as Attachment

Takes you directly to the compose screen where the selected contact has been attached to the message.

Options

Allows you to set address book viewing preferences.
