Log Settings

Log Settings are for debugging and troubleshooting.  Enabling the settings may impact the performance of NotifySync and should, therefore, be done only at the direction of a Technical Support representative.

 

 

This settings option has User Assistance    Select Show Help from the menu to display help text.

 

1.  Select the NotifySync icon from the Home screen.

2.  From the message list menu, select Preferences > Log Settings.

3.  Under Type, place a check in the box beside Debug to enable logging. 

4.  Select a Log Level.  This adjusts the detail level of the information logged for the Debug log statements.  Choose from:

Low
Medium
High

5.  Under Output, select a location for the selected log statement types to be logged.  Choose from:

System Event Log
System.out
SDCard

6.  Select Save from the menu.
