File List Settings

File List Settings allows you to send a list of the files on your device to the server on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. When enabled, the file list displays on the server under Device Management and allows an IT administrator to check the version numbers and sizes of the files on your device.

1. Select the NotifyLink icon from the Home screen.

2. Select Preferences from the Options drop-down menu or the Preferences button.

3. Select File List from the Server options.

4. Check the box beside Enable Sending File List to enable sending the file list.

5. Set the file list to send: Daily / Weekly / Monthly

6. Select Save to save the changes.
