The Mailbox Message List

To select a message from the NotifyLink mailbox message list, highlight it and press the space bar on your device keypad or touch the hyphen beside the item on the list.  It is selected if a checkmark appears.

To access a list of menu options for the Inbox message list, press the Menu key on the device keypad or touch the screen at the title bar, where it reads ‘NotifyLink.’  The drop-down menu under the Message option displays. 

*  An asterisk indicates that the option is only available when there are messages present.

Mailbox Message List Menu Options

Select All

Selects all items on the message list.

Select Read

Selects all the read items on the message list.

Select Unread

Selects all the unread items on the message list.

Deselect All

Deselects any selected items on the message list.

Sync

Tells the device to check for new messages now.  (An on-demand synchronization.)

Mark Read*

Marks the selected message(s) as read.

Mark Unread*

Marks the selected message(s) as unread.

Move

Allows you to move the selected item to another folder.

Delete*

Deletes selected items on the message list.  Deleted items are moved to the Trash folder.

Delete All*

Deletes all items in the message list.  Deleted items are moved to the Trash folder.

Empty Trash

Permanently deletes all the messages in the Trash folder.

Restore

Restores the selected item to its original folder.  (Only available when you have the Trash folder displayed.)
