Scroll through your message list to highlight the message you wish to see. Press the center button on the jog dial to open the message. You can read, replied to, forward, or delete from this view. You can move to the next or previous message in the folder using the arrow buttons located in the title bar. You can scroll through the message using the scroll bar to the right.

What appears in the header and body of the message when you view it depends on how your Notification Format is set. If you have been granted access to the Notification Format settings, they can be modified from the Client Web. (See Setting Your Notification Format below.) You can choose to include any or all of the following information:
• Sender Name/Address
• Subject
• Date
• Time
• Remaining Characters
• Recipient Type
• List of Recipients
• Attachments
View Message Screen Menu Options
Tap the title bar of the View Message screen to access a menu or press the Menu key on the device keypad:

The following screen button operations are available from the View Message screen:

Setting Your Notification Format
You must complete this from the NotifyLink Client Web
Notification Format allows you to determine what appears in the header and body of the messages sent from the server. You must be granted access to this setting by an administrator and can access it from the NotifyLink Client Web.
1. From the Client Web, select General > Format.
2. Place a check in the boxes beside the information you want included on email messages sent to the device.

3. Select Apply Changes.
4. Selecting the Notification Body Format button allows you to modify the initial notification body size (1 – 30K) and the size of subsequent viewing pages, if the body is larger than 30K.
5. Select Apply Changes and then Close to exit the Notification Body Format screen.
6. Select Close again to exit the Notification Format settings.
