Requirements
• The mailbox server must be set to send attachments to your device (see Setting Your Notification Format).
• You can save an attachment to the device file system or to a memory card. You will view attachments using the device’s File Manager
Download and Save the Attachment
Messages that contain attachments display a paperclip icon on the message list.
1. Open the message that contains the attachment.
2. Select Options > Download > Attachments from the message view screen. A list of attachments associated with this message displays showing how much of each attachment has been downloaded and its total size. “0 B of xx.xx KB” indicates that an attachment has not yet been downloaded.

3. Highlight the attachment you wish to download and select Options > Download.
4. When the download is finished, select Options > Save to save the attachment. The attachment can be saved to the handheld’s file system or to a memory card.
a. To save to the device memory, select Phone Memory. Highlight and select the folder to which you want the attachment saved. Then select Save. Once you save the attachment, it will again display “0 B of xx.xx KB” on the attachment list.
b. To save to a memory card, select the card. Highlight and select the folder to which you want the attachment saved. Then select Save. Once you save the attachment, it will again display “0 B of xx.xx KB” on the attachment list.
NOTE: Do NOT remove the memory card while the file is being transferred. Removing the card while it is being written to may damage it permanently. Any type of file can be saved to a memory card.

View the Saved Attachment
Once the attachment has been downloaded and saved, you can view it from the device’s File Manager.
1. From the device’s main menu, select Office > File Manager.
2. Select the folder in which the attachment is stored.
3. Highlight and select the attachment you wish to view.
