Creating New Calendar Events

1.  Select the Office (Organizer) > Calendar icon from the device’s Home screen.

2.  Select Options > New Entry > Meeting.

3.  Enter the subject and location of the event.

4.  Enter the start and end time.

5.  Enter the start and end date.

6.  Set the Alarm to ON or OFF.

7.  Set the Repeat status to designate the entry as a recurring event or leave as Not Repeated.  You can choose to repeat the event Daily, Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, Monthly, or Yearly.

8.  Set the Synchronization (status) to Private, Public or None.

9.  Select Done to save the task.
