When composing a new message, you can use the Add Recipients option to select a single or multiple addresses from your device’s contact list to add to the To, Cc, or Bcc fields. The AutoComplete feature, if enabled, completes an Email address as you begin to type.

Add Recipients From Contact List
1. From the Options popup menu of the Compose screen, select Add Recipients or press the 5-way center key.
2. Select the field where the recipient’s should be placed: To, Cc, or Bcc.
3. Scroll through the contact list until the address you want is highlighted, then select Mark from the Options popup menu. Mark all the recipients to whom you are sending the email.
4. Select Back (lower right corner of the screen). The addresses selected appear in the recipient field you chose.
Using AutoComplete
If AutoComplete has been enabled in Email Settings, Email addresses you begin to type into recipient fields are automatically completed if they are currently stored on your device. You can set AutoComplete to pull addresses from your address book, your frequent contacts list, or both.
• Frequent Contacts – Pulls completed addresses from a list comprised of addresses to which you have recently sent emails. This list holds the ten most recent addresses for each letter of the alphabet.
• Address Book – Pulls completed addresses from your device’s address book (contact list).
Address Book additions to the AutoComplete list are updated at the NotifyLink application startup.
1. Type in the first letter of an address in one of the recipient fields. Stored addresses beginning with this letter display in a list.
2. Scroll through the list until the address you want is highlighted, then select Mark from the Options popup menu. A check appears beside the chosen item.
3. Select Back to return to the Compose screen. The selected address is deposited in the recipient field.
