Description

View

Opens the message you have highlighted.

Select/Deselect*

Selects or deselects the message you have highlighted.  Tip:  You can also select/deselect a highlighted message by pressing the space bar.  (Appears under Selection.)

Select All / Deselect All*

Selects or deselects all the messages in your message list.  (Appears under Selection.)

Mark Read*

Marks the selected message(s) as read. 

Mark Unread*

Marks the selected message(s) as unread. 

Delete*

Deletes selected items on the message list.  Deleted items are moved to the Trash folder.

Delete All*

Deletes all items in the message list.  Deleted items are moved to the Trash folder.

Move*

Allows you to move the selected item to another folder.  (Only appears when Inbox or custom folders are displayed.)

Restore*

Restores the selected message to its original folder.  (Only appears when the Trash folder is displayed.)

Resend*

Resends the selected message.  (Only appears when the Sent Items or Outbox folders are displayed.)

Empty Trash*

Permanently deletes all the messages in the Trash folder.  (Only appears when the Trash folder is displayed.)

Get/Send

Tells the device to check for new messages and send Outbox messages now.  (An on-demand synchronization.)

Compose

Opens the Compose message screen.

Request Meeting

Opens the Compose screen to create a meeting request.  A meeting request emails the recipients you list requesting their attendance and updates your calendar with the event.
