Sound Settings

Use the Sound Settings to select alert tones for incoming Email and Level 1 Messages (high priority Email).  You may choose from the sounds stored locally on the device.

 

Setting Alert Tones for NotifyLink Messages

1.  From the main NotifyLink menu, select Settings > Sound Settings. 2.  Select an alert tone or “None” for New Messages from the drop-down list. 3.  Select an alert tone or “None” for Level 1 Messages from the drop-down list. 4.  Select Save from the Options popup menu.

 

Adding Audio Files to the Default Sound Directory

You can add to the selection of NotifyLink alert tones by downloading or moving audio files into the device’s default sound directory. 

Download files using Nokia PC Suite software and store them in the default sound directory.  This directory name may vary between devices.  An example of a possible directory path may be, C:\Data\Sounds
