If there are public address books on the server and the server is set up correctly, Remote Lookup will allow you to search through the public address book and add contacts from it to the device contact list.
Search the Remote Address Books
1. Select Remote Lookup from the main NotifyLink menu. The last list you queried will display, unless it was cleared.
2. Select Options > Lookup to search the remote public address book.
3. Enter the First Name and/or the Last Name of the contact for which you are searching. You can use a partial string of characters in either search field.
4. Select OK to start the query. A list of contacts matching your look criteria will display. “No Results” displays if no matches are found.

Save Contact / Save All Contacts |
Add a name to your address book from the search results: Highlight a name, then select Options > Actions > Save Contact. Or select Options > Save All Contacts to save all the results. |

Send Email |
Send an email to a name on the list. Highlight a name, then select Options > Actions > Send Email. The Compose message screen opens with the name you chose in the To: field. |

Clear Results |
Clear the results list by selecting Clear Results from the Options menu. |
