Viewing an Open Message

Highlight and select the message you wish to see.  You can read, replied to, forward, or delete from this view.  You can scroll through the message using the scroll bar to the right.

What appears in the header and body of the message when you view it depends on how your Notification Format is set.  If you have been granted access to the Notification Format settings, they can be modified from the Client Web.  You can choose to include any or all of the following information:

 

      Sender Name/Address

      Subject

      Date

      Time

      Remaining Characters

      Recipient Type

      List of Recipients

      Attachments

View Message Screen Menu Options

Select Options from the View Message screen to access the menu.

          * Indicates a Correspondence submenu option. 

Menu Options

Description

Reply*

Creates a Reply for the message you are viewing, automatically populating the To and Subject fields.

Reply to All*

Creates a Reply All for the message you are viewing, automatically populating the To field with the addresses of all recipients, and the Subject field.

Forward*

Creates a Forward message for the message you are viewing, automatically populating the Subject field.

Download

Displays attachments associated with a message.

Move

Allows you to move the selected item to another folder. 

Delete

Deletes the message currently being viewed.

Block

Blocks email from the specified address.  Open an email from the sender you wish to block and choose the Block command.  (Only appears when viewing a message in the Inbox or a custom folder)

Resend

Resends the selected message.  (Only appears when viewing a message in the Sent Items or Outbox folders.)

Edit as New

Allows you to edit a message in the Sent Items folder.  (Only appears when viewing a message in the Sent Items folder.)

Restore

Restores the selected message to its original folder.  (Only appears when viewing a message in the Trash folder.)
