Cleanup Settings
Cleanup Settings allow you to set up automatic deletion for old Email and PIM data.
Email cleanup affects the device Inbox and any custom folders you created on the server and chose to mirror on the device. (The Sent Items, Drafts, and Outbox are NOT included in automatic email cleanups.) It also automatically empties the Deleted Items (trash) folder.
Folder cleanup provides you with a way to perform immediate, user controlled cleanups for email residing in your device’s native folders (Inbox, Drafts, Outbox, Sent Items and Deleted Items) and in folders you created on the server and had mirrored to the device.
PIM cleanup allows you to specify cleanup settings for expired calendar events and/or completed tasks.
NOTE: Cleanup routines delete local items only and do not affect items on the server.
