Folder Cleanup allows you to perform immediate, user-controlled cleanups for email residing in various folders on your device.
For the native folders: Deleted Items, Drafts, Outbox, and Sent Items, performing a folder cleanup will immediately empty the contents of the folder.
For the Inbox or folders you created on the server and have mirrored to the device, you can clean out All items or specify items Older Than a chosen date.
Options give you the ability to include unread mail and/or unacknowledged meetings in the cleanup and empty the trash (Deleted Items) after the cleanup items have been moved there.
Email selected in the cleanup is moved to Deleted Items. The cleanup routine deletes local email only and does not affect email on the server.
NOTE: Folder Cleanup uses the trash folder only if the Use Trash Folder option is enabled in Email Settings. Otherwise Email selected for cleanup is immediately and permanently deleted.
1. Select Start > Programs (PPC) > NotifyLink Preferences

3. Choose the Folder to cleanup. If you choose the Inbox or a custom folder proceed with step 4 to specify the quantity of items to delete.
