Logging is a support tool that will allow NotifyLink to keep an updating text file on the device. This text file will help Notify Technical Support staff troubleshoot your device in extreme cases.
WARNING: Logging should only be used as directed by Notify Technical Support. Device performance may be reduced with the logging feature enabled.
1. Select Start > Programs (WMP) > NotifyLink Preferences
2. Select Logging.
3. Check the box to Enable Logging. Leave it unchecked to disable logging.
4. Follow the recommendations of your Notify Technical Support Engineer for the following fields:
Max Size (kb):
Device or Memory Card
Defaults to \Program Files\NotifyLinkLog.txt
Maximum size allowed for the file.
1 = Informational; 2 = Error Reporting
