To access a list of options for messages in your Inbox, highlight a message and select the Menu option from the taskbar. (Pocket PCs: Tap and hold on a message to access a pop-up menu of options.) These options are also available from the menu when viewing an open message.

Marks a selected read message as unread or vice versa. |

Allows you to place the Email into another folder on the device |

Download Message |
Option is enabled only when a message has an attachment. Select it to retrieve the attachment. See more on attachments below. |

NotifyLink Get/Send |
Initiates an on-demand synchronization with the mail/PIM server regardless of the push interval you have set. It performs the same job as the scheduled sync: retrieving Email and PIM items from the server. You can also initiate an on-demand sync by using the NotifyLink Sync icon on the device’s program menu.
