Sending Email From the Address Book

You can create new Email message directly from the device address book using the NotifyLink Email application.

1.  Access your contact list and select the contact you wish to Email.

2.  The contact’s Email address displays with the label “Send e-mail.”  Select the address or select the E-mail option from the task bar at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE:  If the contact has multiple Email addresses, you can select which address to use.

3.  Choose the Outlook E-mail account to send the message via NotifyLink.  You will automatically be placed in the Compose screen with contact you selected in the To: field.
