Set the Default Contact Account

If you have multiple Mail/PIM accounts on your device, you will need to set the Default Contact Account. Set the Exchange ActiveSync account associated with your NotifyLink user account as the default contact group.  This contact group must be the default in order for contacts added while viewing All Contacts to synchronize through the NotifyLink ActiveSync component.

Hint:  You should also set the Exchange ActiveSync mail account, calendar, and task list (reminders) as defaults.  

 

1.  Select Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

2.  Scroll to the Contacts section and tap Default Account.

3.  Select the account associated with the Exchange account.
