Use Accounts to change the information on your NotifyLink account. You can change your:
• Mail and PIM user credentials – usernames and passwords for your user account on the Mail and PIM server(s).
• Display Name – the way your name displays in the From: field of email sent from your device.
• Sender Email Address Settings – If you have two devices registered to your NotifyLink account, it requires that you set up a second (alias) email address on the mail server. This field provides a way to specify which email address should populate the sender field of all email sent from your devices. See Knowledge Base article for setup guidelines.
• NotifyLink Client Web login credentials
You can also view the following information:
• Mail, PIM, and LDAP server assignments
• Your username on those servers
• User Class to which you are assigned
Location: Select the Mailbox
Properties tab, then click on the Accounts
button.

Passwords
For security purposes, the actual password value (if entered) is not displayed in any of the password fields, but, is represented by 8 asterisks, regardless of the actual password value or length.
Editing Your User Credentials
There are several sets of credentials on the Edit User page:
• Mail account credentials – Email Address, Email Username, and Email Password
• PIM account credentials – Username and Password associated with the Calendar, Contact and Task account(s)
• Client Web credentials – Username and Password used to login to the NotifyLink Client Web
When you make changes to the Email Address, Email Password, and Client Password fields, you can copy the changes to your other user credentials on the Edit User page. This allows you to conveniently assign the same credentials in several areas. A change must be made in order for you to use these buttons.
Please note that if the system you are on implements SuperUser functionality, you will not see these copy buttons.
Mailbox > Client button – When changes are made to the Email Address and Email Password, you can click this button to copy the new values to the Client Username and Client Password under Client Web Login Information.
Mailbox > PIM button – If PIM Account credentials are the same as the user’s mail account credentials, when a change is made to the Email Password, you can click this button to copy the new value to the PIM Password(s) under PIM Login Information.
Client > Mailbox button – When a change is made to the Client Password under Client Web Login Information, you can click this button to copy the new value to the Email Password.
Click Apply Changes to save any changes you make.
