Statistics

Statistics provides user statistics for your account concerning Email and PIM poll cycles, such as processing times, data quantity, and processing results and error codes. You will also find device statistics, such as model, software versions, battery status, available memory, network type, and synchronization times.

This is a good tool for troubleshooting as it allows you to view past poll cycles or refresh the display for the most current statistics.

Location: Select the General tab, then click on the Statistics button.

At Show Statistics for:, select a poll cycle range from the drop-down list.
Select: Past Poll Cycle, Past 30 minutes, Past hour, Past 2 hours . . . Past 8 hours

Note: New ActiveSync user accounts will begin to show statistics as soon as the account is added. Users with the NotifyLink for BlackBerry app will not show statistics until the device is registered.

Note: ActiveSync devices do not synchronize all user statistics information.

Time Last Message Sent to Device

Last Device Command - Displays the last command sent to the device.

Number of Characters Sent to Device – Displays the character size of the last message notification sent to the device.

Time Mailbox Last Checked

Result - Displays the result of the last check for email. If an error message displays, click on the ‘View Error Codes’ link at the top of the page to find out what the code means.

New - Quantity of new PIM items (calendar, contacts, and tasks).

Changed – Quantity of changed PIM items (calendar, contacts, and tasks).

Deleted – Quantity of deleted PIM items (calendar, contacts, and tasks).

Signal Level – The current signal level of the device.
BlackBerry Devices – Signal is measured in dBMs ranging from d-120 to -40. Numbers closer to 0 indicate a better signal.
Pocket PC Devices – Signal is displayed as a percentage. (Not available for WiFi/Wired Pocket PCs or Smartphones.)

Last Sync – Time of last synchronization by the user.
