Securing the Server

Take these steps to secure the server after you have installed the server operating system software, but before you install the NotifyLink Enterprise Server components.

Securing the server consists of removing unnecessary software/utilities and turning off unnecessary features, thereby reducing potential avenues available to attackers and increasing the layers of protection against attackers.
