Your NotifyLink On Demand administrator must update your account with the PIN from your new BlackBerry device: From the NotifyLink On Demand provisioning page, go to Edit Users and update the BlackBerry PIN.
You can then perform the following steps:
1. Remove your NotifyLink account from your old device. This will remove email from the old device as well.
• On your device, select the NotifyLink icon from the Home screen
• Select Preferences > Account Settings
• From the popup menu select Delete Account
2. To clear PIM items (Contacts, Calendar Events, and Tasks) from your old device.
• From the Home screen, select Options > Security Settings > General Settings
• Select the Wipe Handheld command
• Another option is to restore the device back to its factory settings using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager PC connectivity software.
3. Download and install the NotifyLink device client software on your new device and register it. Instructions.
