Download and Install the Device Client Software

For more detailed instructions on downloading and installation, see the NotifyLink device user guide for your particular device type.

Note:  There is no device software to install for users of NotifyLink ActiveSync Solution.  For account setup and registration instructions, go to http://notifylink.notify.net/portal.asp and select the NotifyLink ActiveSync Solution user guide appropriate for your device type.

Download Over-the-Air:
Browse to:  http://notifylink.notify.net/ota.asp
Note:  US and Canadian user devices receive an SMS with this URL.

Select your device type and follow the prompts to download and install.

NOTE:  Remain in an area of good data coverage if you are downloading over-the-air.  This helps to prevent network errors, which would require you to restart the download process.

 

Download the Device Client Software:

Select your device type and follow the prompts to download and install.

NOTE:  For Palm devices, it is not necessary to install the desktop connector from the NL client installer.

You are now ready to register your device.
