To get started, you will need to provide us with information about your company, your users, and your Mail/PIM servers. We will use this information to configure your NotifyLink On Demand Service.

It is essential that the provisioning be completed in full. All the requested information is necessary in order to configure our server for your use. If, for example, a user’s information is incomplete we would be unable to set up an account for that user. You will receive a confirmation notice by email when we receive your provisioning information.

2. Browse to the provisioning site and login with the username and password provided by your Notify Sales representative.
3. Click on Edit Company Information to review or edit your company and contact information. Click Submit when you are finished.
4. Click on Add Email Server and/or Add PIM Server to give server addresses and ports. Click Add Server after each entry.
5. Click on Add Users to give information on each person using the service. Click Add User after each entry, then Send to Provisioning Team to submit the information.
You can return to this page at anytime during your service contract to edit company or server information and add, edit, or remove On Demand users.
When
Service Configuration is Completed...
A Notify Sales Representative will issue a quote, which must be signed and returned to complete the provisioning of your account. Configuration of your service should occur within one business day of our receipt of the signed quote. Once it is completed, you will receive an email with instructions for setting up your device. US and Canadian residents will also receive an SMS on their device with the URL for over-the-air (OTA) download of the device software.
ActiveSync
Devices
There is no device software to download for users with
ActiveSync devices using the NotifyLink ActiveSync Solution. The
SMS sent to the device contains the URL for configuration and
registration.
