1. Select Mailbox Properties > Filters
2. Click the New Filter button on the Filter Management screen.
3. Enter a Filter Name to identify this particular filter.

Choose the Filter Option:
5. Check the criteria you wish to use and enter key word match phrases or addresses where necessary. (See descriptions below.)
6. To save the filter, click Add Filter. |
Filter Criteria

From |
Filters emails from the specified address. Enter multiple addresses separated by a space, comma or semicolon. If all of the addresses match, filter action is taken. You may enter a partial email address. EX: Enter jdoe for jdoe@anywhere.com |

Subject |
Filters emails containing the specified word or phrase in the email subject field. Enter words separated by a space, comma or semicolon. Exact matching is necessary. If you enter multiple words, all the words, in any order, must appear in the subject. |

Body |
Filters emails containing the specified word or phrase in the email body. Enter words separated by a space, comma or semicolon. Exact matching is necessary. If you enter multiple words, all the words, in any order, must appear in the body. |

Filters emails sent to the specified address. Enter multiple addresses separated by a space, comma or semicolon. If all of the addresses match, filter action is taken. You may enter a partial email address. EX: Enter jdoe for jdoe@anywhere.com |
