Administrative Steps to Provisioning the NotifyLink On Demand Service
The Provisioning Process. To get started, you will need to provide us with information about your company, your Mail/PIM servers, and your users. You can do this via the NotifyLink On Demand Service Provisioning Page. We will send you a confirmation notice by email when we receive your provisioning information and we will begin to configure your NotifyLink On Demand Service.
It is essential that the provisioning be complete. All the requested information is necessary in order to configure our server for your use. If, for example, a user’s information is incomplete we would be unable to set up an account for that user.
You can return to the Provisioning page anytime during your service contract to edit company or server information and add, edit, or remove On Demand users.
Sign and Return Your Quote. A Notify Sales Representative will issue a quote, which must be signed and returned to complete the provisioning of your account. Configuration of your service should occur within one business day of our receipt of the signed quote.
When Your Service is Ready. Once configuration is completed, users will receive an email with instructions for setting up devices. U.S. and Canadian residents will also receive an SMS on their device with the URL for over-the-air (OTA) download of the NotifyLink device application. There is no NotifyLink device application to download for users with ActiveSync devices. Users with Android devices may download the TouchDownTM device application.
