Once you have accepted the license agreement (all users) and installed the NotifyLink application (BlackBerry users) or TouchDown application (Android users), you are ready to register. Make sure you have changed the default authentication password before you begin the registration process. See Change the Temporary Passwords.
NotifyLink Registration
Select the NotifyLink icon on your device home page. You will need your email address and your authentication password to complete the registration.

BlackBerry Note: For BlackBerry devices, during registration you will choose the Network Setting. Change it to the provider for your device by clicking the scroll wheel and selecting, “Change Option.” If you intend to use Direct Push synchronization, you must use TCP network provisioning.

NotifyLink ActiveSync Solution Registration
Registering an ActiveSync device with the NotifyLink server occurs when you create your NotifyLink account via the device’s ActiveSync component. There is no NotifyLink device application to install on ActiveSync devices.
