Assign a Company Login

You can give login credentials to a company so that they can access information specific to their company on  the NotifyLink Administrative Web. The credentials limit the company to their own account on the server.  You can also edit or remove the login from here.

The login credentials give company representatives access to limited areas of the NotifyLink Administrative Web:

      IT Policy Management – Company can view their IT Policy settings

      User Administration – Company can add/edit their users and user settings and disable/enable/remove their users

      License Manager – Company can view the licenses assigned to their users

      Device Management – Company can view their users’ device statistics

 

1.  Select License Manager > Provisioning from the Administrative Web menu.

2.  Select the company you wish to work with from the Current Companies list.

3.  Select Company Login > Add Login.

4.  Enter the Username and Password to be used as the company’s login credentials.

5.  Select Add Login to save.
