Manage Company Seats

From Manage Seats you can adjust the number of seats being used by a particular company.

1.  Select License Manager > Provisioning from the Administrative Web menu.

2.  Select the company you wish to work with from the Current Companies list.

3.  Select Manage Seats.

4.  Choose the license type you wish to see.  Information specific to that license displays:  Product Key, Total seats for license (the total number of seats of this type on the server), and Number of seats available. 

5.  The Company seats field displays the number of seats of this type currently allocated to the company.  Add or remove seats from the company by changing this number.  The Number of seats available adjusts accordingly. 
Example:  In the illustration below, the company currently holds 2 of the Palm/Windows seats.  Thirty-four seats of this type are still available.  If you wanted to add 10 of these seats to the company, you would change Company seats: to 12.  The Number of seats available would adjust to 24.

6.  You can also change the total number of DynoPlex seats (for BlackBerry licenses) being used in the same way.
